All projects begin with a signed proposal or contract that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. Changes to project scope may result in adjusted timelines and fees.
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project proposals. Typical payment structure includes a deposit upon project kickoff and milestone-based payments throughout the project.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in the project contract. Forge Studio retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose proprietary information without explicit permission, except as required by law.
Forge Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
